We are looking for an energetic and reliable Delivery Rider to join our team! We specialize in high-quality sportswear and gear.
Position Overview
As a Delivery Rider at Hawi Outdoors, you are the crucial final link between our store and our customers. You will ensure that online and phone orders are dispatched promptly, handled with care, and delivered safely to our customers' doorsteps. When you're not on the road making deliveries, you'll support our central shop team with logistics, inventory handling, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Prompt Order Dispatch: Pick up packed orders from the shop immediately upon notification and complete drop-offs within agreed delivery windows.

Safe & Compliant Transit: Maintain a 100% safety-first approach, strictly adhering to all road safety laws and traffic regulations.

Accurate Cash & Payment Reconciliation: Accurately account for and reconcile all cash-on-delivery (COD) collections or digital payment confirmations at the end of every shift.

Customer Representation: Act as a courteous, professional brand ambassador during every customer interaction.

Shop & Logistics Support: Assist the store team with heavy inventory handling, restocking, or material runs when delivery queues are clear.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Valid License: A clean, valid riding license and a thorough knowledge of primary city routes and neighborhoods.

Experience: Proven experience as a commercial delivery rider with a clean safety record.

Reliability & Punctuality: Highly dependable, organized, and time-conscious.
