Yes! You can submit multiple entries. Each one should be original and feature Hawi Gear or Apparel.

• The prizes range from:
• Shopping vouchers for our gear worth from Sh. 1000 to Sh. 30,000
• A full sponsored outdoor adventure with your favorite hiking group/organiser
• Partial and full refunds for some or all the gear you purchased
• A kit for the lead guide in your group
• Hawi participation for your favorite charity

Anyone who owns or uses Hawi Gear.

Yes, is the short answer. Submitting content and agreeing to our terms of submission gives Hawi a non-exclusive license to use your content. Non-exclusive means you’re still able to share your content on your own social channels and YouTube, and you’re sharing the rights with Hawi for the opportunity to get paid .

By submitting content, you grant Hawi Outdoors and its affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual license to use your image or video in:

• Marketing campaigns
• Social media posts
• Website features
• Promotional features

We will credit you where possible. You retain full ownership of your content

You are responsible for ensuring that anyone featured in your content has given consent for their image to be shared and used by Hawi Outdoors.

Yes. We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). Any personal data you provide (like name, contact info, location) will:

• Only be used for campaign communication and prize fulfillment
• Not be shared with third parties without your consent
• Be stored securely and only for as long as necessary
